Policies
| We have a number of policies regarding your order, how it will be shipped to you, and so on. Please take
a few minutes to review this page. Yarn, needles, books and leaflets may be returned for cash, credit (if purchased with a credit card), store credit or exchange if in saleable condition and with a receipt. Needles must have the original packaging. Yarn that has been special ordered may not be returned unless we normally carry it in the store. There is no time limit on returns but the yarn must still be available and sold in the store. We take your privacy seriously. We only ask you to provide information that we need in order to deliver products you have ordered. We don’t share the information you have given us with any person or organization external to The Knitting Room. We do not sell your name and/or personal information to anyone. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes here on the site. If you are concerned about how your information is being used, you should check back here periodically, or send us e-mail.
