| What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express and PayPal. Do you accept special orders? Yes. If the items you need are not in stock, we will be happy to help you order them. What is your return policy? Yarn, needles, books and leaflets may be returned for cash, credit (if purchased with a credit card), store credit or exchange if in saleable condition and with a receipt. Needles must have the original packaging. Yarn that has been special ordered may not be returned unless we normally carry it in the store. |
